2 Months

Avery is 10 weeks now and is becoming more fun by the day.  We've had a lot going on since the last post.  We celebrated Nana's birthday (from Houston), we visited Great Granny in Eagle Lake and we went to Pflugerville for a Sip n' See hosted by good family friends.  Avery yet again was showered with wonderful gifts (she is so spoiled).  Thank you everyone who attended the Sip n' See.  It was wonderful to see everyone again and show off our bundle of joy.

We also went to Oklahoma to introduce Avery to the other side of the family.  She met Uncle Brad & Aunt Heather along with great Aunt Gina who just wouldn't put her down.   Needless to say there were  lots of people lining up to hold her.  I think she met 12 new family members that weekend along with my good friends Michelle and Andrea.  We also celebrated my 33rd birthday.  When you go home once a decade for your birthday you really get spoiled!  My family took great care of me...thank you all!

Avery is growing by the day.  She had her two month shots this week and did not like them!!  She was very fussy after receiving them, but who can blame her.  She smiles all the time (she is such a happy baby) and is just figuring out her hands.  About a week ago she started to bring them together and put them in her mouth.  At the doctor we found out Avery is 22.88" tall (63.65%), weighs 11lbs 14ozs (71.20%) and her head is 15" (26.41%).  So she is growing and health.   She is also sleeping through the night (10:30 p.m. - 5:30/6:00 a.m.) and lifting her head.

Avery likes: Music, music, music.  (she could listen to Baby Einstein on Pandora all day) and being held.

Avery dislikes: tummy time, hiccups and when you take her food away to burp her.

Nana's b-day is on Flag Day so Avery wore a special outfit just for her.
